Companions & Footwear

• A maximum of 2–3 companions is allowed, except for family portraits.
• Shoes and slippers must be removed upon entering the studio.

Shoot Time & Parking

• The duration of the photoshoot depends on your package and may range from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Please be patient during your scheduled session.
• Parking is available outside the studio for cars and motorcycles.
• Please inform us at least 1 hour before arrival if you are bringing a vehicle.

Design & Theme Changes

• No changes to the theme/design are allowed on the appointment day.
• Customized theme/design changes are only permitted up to 7 days before your appointment.

Late Arrivals & Cancellations

• Grace Period: 15 minutes.
• Late Fee: 20–30 minutes late — P250 added to your total.
• More than 30 minutes late — Appointment is canceled and downpayment is forfeited.
• No Show — Appointment is automatically canceled and downpayment is forfeited.
• Cancellation — A P300 compensation fee applies to last-minute cancellations.

Rescheduling Policy

• Reschedule at least 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment — A P150 rescheduling fee will be charged.
• Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment — Downpayment is forfeited.
• Rescheduling Limit — The new appointment must be within 10 days of the original date, or the downpayment is forfeited.

How to Reschedule

• Message us as soon as possible with your preferred new date and time.

Emergency Cases

• Contact us immediately and provide proof of your reason.

Booking Confirmation

• Your slot is not final until Nikole Studio reviews your request and sends a confirmation.
